Aurora kinase inhibitor III is a cell-permeable, 2,4-dianilinopyrimidine compound which has been used to study a variety of tumor types. Aurora kinase protein levels are elevated in c-myc-driven B-cell lymphomas in both mice and humans; study of the inhibition of Aurora kinase proteins could lead to potential treatments for malignancies.
