產品介紹

碘化丙啶是用于染色的熒光嵌入劑。它起到細胞凋亡標記的作用，具有線性DNA結合能力。碘化丙啶是組織損傷的有效指示劑。Fluorescent stain for nucleic acids. Cell membrane integrity excludes propidium iodide from staining viable and apoptotic cells. Propidium iodide may be used in flow cytometry to evaluate cell viability when used with other dyes that stain viable cells or cells that are early in the apoptosis process.
