產(chǎn)品介紹

丁酰膽堿酯酶(BChE)是一種絲氨酸水解酶，結(jié)構(gòu)上類似于乙酰膽堿酯酶(AChE)，但具有不同的底物特異性和抑制劑敏感性。該酶是由4個相同亞基（每個110kDa）組成的四聚體糖蛋白，又稱為擬膽堿酯酶(pseudocholinesterase)。它在肝臟中合成，分布于血液、神經(jīng)肌肉接頭突觸、神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)細胞和白質(zhì)軸突中。

活力：≥10 units/mg protein。

分子量：tetramer 440 kDa。

來源：馬血清。

酶活定義：一個單位將在 pH8.0，37°C 下每分鐘將1.0μ 摩爾丁酰膽堿水解為膽堿和丁酸鹽。使用丁酰膽堿作為底物獲得的活性是使用乙酰膽堿獲得的活性的約 2.5 倍。
