活力定義:One pyrogallol unit will form 1.0 mg purpurogallin from pyrogallol in 20 sec at pH 6.0 at 20℃ 分子量:40000 性狀:褐色冷凍干粉。 介紹:由無色的酶蛋白和棕色的鐵卟啉結(jié)合而成的糖蛋白,HRP由多個同功酶組成,PH3~9,酶催化的最適PH因供氫體不同而稍有差異,但多在PH5左右。酶溶于水和58%以下飽和度硫酸銨溶液。HRP的輔基和酶蛋白最大吸收光譜分別為403nm和275nm,一般以O(shè)D403nm /OD275nm的比值RZ(德文Reinheit Zahl)表示酶的純度。RZ值越小,非酶蛋白就越多
