產(chǎn)品介紹

酶活:2萬U/g

活力定義:在50℃、pH值為4.8的條件下,每分鐘降解木聚糖溶液釋放1umol還原糖所需要的酶量為一個(gè)酶活力單位(u)。

適用的pH范圍:4.0-5.5。

溫度范圍:30-60℃。

溶解性: 產(chǎn)品使用前用水或者緩沖液攪拌十分鐘,不溶物是載體,酶都會溶于水,直接離心取上清液或者過濾使用,不會影響活性
儲存條件: 2-8℃
用途: 半纖維素酶是一種pH在酸和中性條件下的半纖維素酶制劑,用于降解半纖維素。特別適合應(yīng)用于飼料、食品、乙醇和廢水處理工業(yè)。
