產品介紹

酶活定義: 1g固體酶粉(或1ml液體酶),在40℃、pH3.5件下,1min水解酪素產生1μg酪氨酸為1個酶活力單位。 作用方式:作用于蛋白質中的肽鍵,主要生成物為小肽和氨基酸。 熱穩定性:pH2.0-4.0條件下,40℃以下比較穩定,超過50℃酶活損失嚴重,60℃以上很快失活。 pH穩定性:2.0-4.0之間穩定,超過此范圍,失活較嚴重。 金屬離子對酶活力的影響:被鈣、鎂離子激活,被銅、汞、鉛離子所抑制。
儲存條件: 2-8℃
用途: 水解蛋白,具有較強的水解能力能力,能將大分子的蛋白質水解成氨基酸等產物。
