產品介紹

農業部標準法DNS試劑。又稱3,5-二硝基水楊酸法或簡稱DNS法,DNS試劑是植物總糖和還原糖檢測(硝基水楊酸法)的成分之一,定量檢測植物組織樣品中的總糖和還原糖的含量。

注意事項：檢測原理是還原糖在堿性條件下被氧化成糖酸，3,5-二硝基水楊酸被還原為棕紅色的氨基化合物。在一定范圍內，還原糖的量與棕紅色產物的顏色深淺程度呈一定比例關系。在540nm處測定棕紅色物質的吸光度，該吸光度值與還原糖含量呈線性關系。
