產(chǎn)品介紹

Trimethoprim 是一種抑菌抗生素 (antibiotic)，也是一種具有口服活性的二氫葉酸還原酶 (dihydrofolate reductase) 抑制劑。Trimethoprim 對多種革蘭氏陽性 (Gram-positive) 和革蘭氏陰性需氧細(xì)菌 (Gram-negative aerobic bacteria) 具有活性。Trimethoprim 可用于尿路感染，志賀氏菌病和肺孢子菌肺炎的研究。Trimethoprim 與鋅聯(lián)合使用可抑制甲型流感病毒 (Influenza A virus) 對雞胚的感染。
