Palmitic acid 是一種常見于動物和植物中的長鏈飽和脂肪酸。Palmitic acid 可以誘導(dǎo)小鼠顆粒細(xì)胞中葡萄糖調(diào)節(jié)蛋白 78 (GRP78) 和 CCAAT/增強(qiáng)子結(jié)合蛋白同源蛋白 (CHOP) 的表達(dá)。
