產品介紹

Scutellarin 是從黃芩中分離到的黃酮類物質,在 HCC 細胞中,能夠下調 STAT3/Girdin/Akt 信號通路,在破骨細胞中,能夠抑制 RANKL 介導的 MAPK/NF-κB 信號通路。Scutellarin 具有抗 HIV-1IIIBHIV-1(74V) 和 HIV-1KM018 的活性,EC50 分別為 26 μM,253 μM 和 136 μM。
